Sunday in the first full weekend in August from 06.00 – 13.59 UTC, in the same time with the Alpe Adria contest
BAND AND MODES:
Band: 2 m /144.025 – 144.399 MHz
Modes: CW (A1), SSB (J3E)
Recommendation for CQ calling:
QRP stations: 144.350 MHz and up
QRO stations: 144.350 MHz and down
Section A: 144 MHz, High Power (>50w output)
Section B: CW stations regardless of power
Section C: 144 MHz, Low Power (<50w output)
A station can enter two categories as well (A & B / C & B). In this case please upload you log multiple times selecting the correct category. In case of a multi-mode log uploaded to Section B, only the CW QSOs will be taken into consideration when calculating the results for the CW category.

ENTRIES OF LOGS:
All logs must be in EDI format and must be send 15 days from contest date, to the “LOG UPLOAD” section.
The results will be published before the end of the year.
JUDGING OF ENTRIES:
Only the logs with at least 1 YO QSO will be part of the final results. All the received logs which don’t contain at least one YO QSO will be used as Check-log and will give points to other participants.
The organizer of Carpathian VHF Contest will award certificates for first 3 entries of each section – international and YO results.
If there are less than 10 participants in a section then the organizer will award just the winner with the Certificate.
